Masia Store Properties - Brand design, visual identity and web design.

Masia Store Properties is a real estate agency. A family business specialized in Masias: traditional Catalonian townhouses from El Empordà, north Catalunya.

PROBLEM

This agency was a small family-owned business, with an old dated logo that couldn't represent the new positioning: a high standing real estate agency specialized in Masias, with warm and close attention to detail.

CHALLENGE

To represent the original Masia where the offices are located, conveying the exclusivity of the business as well as the countryside environment where these houses are located.

SOLUTION

A stylised illustration of the Masia present in the old logo, accompanied by a natural visual language full of organics elements and earth tones. The new branding presents full stationery and print materials, as well as online communications and web design. The overall look and feel are close, warm and responsible.
